Unless the item is faulty the customer will pay for the postage & packaging of the return

 

On receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund within 10 working days in the form of the original payment method

Soy Wax is biodegradable. - Once the fragrance has finished and you are ready to replace your soy wax melt, simply scoop wax from melter and dispose as landfill.

Paper Bag is recyclable.
