Unless the item in faulty the customer will pay for the postage & packaging of the return

 

On reciept of the returned item we will issue a refund within 10 working days in the form of the original payment methood

Once you receive your diffuser, simply unscrew the cap and remove plug carefully. Then replace the cap and pop all (or some for a more subtle scent) of the reeds into the neck. It may take around 24 hours for your reeds to absorb the scent completely
