Unless the item is faulty the customer will pay for the postage & packaging of the return

 

On receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund within 10 working days in the form of the original payment method

 

This does not affect your statutory rights

All parts of your Lit Candle can be either Reused, Recycled or are Biodegradable

Reuse - Once, you have finished enjoying your Lit Candle, simply wash out the tin with warm, soapy water (you may need to use a spoon to remove the wick tab from the bottom). Use your clean tin as a spice tin, a trinket box or even make your own candle! 

Recycle - Metal tab is recyclable at most recycling centres.
