Whether you would like an exchange or refund

 

Unless the item is faulty the customer will pay for the postage & packaging of the return

 

On receipt of the returned item we will issue a refund within 10 working days in the form of the original payment method

 

This does not effect your statutory rights

All parts of your Lit Candle can be either Reused, Recycled or are Biodegradable

Reuse - Once, you have finished enjoying your Lit Candle, simply wash out jar with warm, soapy water (you may need to use a spoon to remove the wick tab from the bottom). Use your clean jar as a vase, a glass, a plant pot or even make your own candle! We also encourage you to reuse the ribbon for wrapping presents or making napkin rings!

Recycle - Metal tab is recyclable at most recycling centres.

Biodegradable - Cellophane packaging is biodegradable. Please dispose in landfill
